(I)Product reliability test (laboratory)

The company pays special attention to the reliability test of products：
1. The reliability test and verification of products or materials (such as high-low temperature test, high-temperature and high-humidity test, drop test, durability test, key life test, etc.) shall be carried out in each link of product development, sample test, trial production, material feeding and shipment.

2. The company has advanced reliability testing equipment, as shown in the figure below.

(2)Incoming inspection (IQC)

The company pays special attention to incoming material quality control:

1.Most of the parts and components of the products use foreign well-known brands, such as:ST,QSI,TI,Samsung,ROHM,Silicon Labs,KEMET,RENESAS,First Sensor ,Murata,Yageo etc.

2.All the key parts are 100% tested, such as: SMD PCBA, laser tube, LCD, plastic shell, etc.

(3)Process quality control (IPQC)
The company pays special attention to process quality control:
1.Production line has special inspection (IPQC) to confirm the first piece of workshop production, process audit, sampling inspection, to ensure that the whole production process meets the requirements..
2. Semi-finished products of the production line shall pass the online QC 100% inspection before flowing into the next process.

(4)Finished product inspection (FQC), laser rangefinder
The company pays special attention to the quality control of finished products：
1.All finished products shall pass 2 hours of endurance test before calibration test to verify the reliability of the products during continuous operation.
2.Before product calibration and testing，inspectors shall use the Leicaprototype D510 to calibrate the accuracy of the test line, and the measurement error should be controlled within 0.5mm..
3.In the process of product precision testing, the Leicaprototype (D510) should be placed on the calibration line to dynamically monitor the precision of the test line to ensure that the measurement error is within the control range.
4.The measuring accuracy of all rangefinders is based on the Leicaprototype, and the error is controlled within 2mm.
5.The inspection procedure is shown below：

(5)Finished product inspection (FQC), metal detector.
The company pays special attention to the quality control of finished products:
1.The product must pass the inspection of semi-finished products before assembly before flowing into the next process.
2.The functional testing of finished products is based on Bosch product --GMS120 (such as maximum metal detection depth of 120mm, etc.).
3.In the process of finished product testing, in addition to achieving all the performance of Bosch product --GMS120, the detection center display, detection depth display, moisture detection and other functions of the product should also be checked.
